"Even now, all possible feelings do not yet exist, there are still those that lie beyond our capacity and our imagination. From time to time, when a piece of music no one has ever written or a painting no one has ever painted, or something else impossible to predict, fathom or yet describe takes place, a new feeling enters the world. And then, for the millionth time in the history of feeling, the heart surges and absorbs the impact."

Thomas Herold

"Everybody has difficult years, but a lot of times the difficult years end up being the greatest years of your whole entire life, if you survive them."
Brittany Murphy

"Communication. It’s the first thing we really learn in life. Funny thing is, once we grow up, learn our words and really start talking the harder it becomes to know what to say. Or how to ask for what we really need."
Greys Anatomy

"Optimist: someone who isn’t sure whether life is a tragedy or a comedy but is tickled silly just to be in the play."
Robert Brault

"If we let ourselves, we shall always be waiting for some distraction or other to end before we can really get down to our work. The only people who achieve much are those who want knowledge so badly that they seek it while the conditions are still unfavorable. Favorable conditions never come."
C.S. Lewis

"The answer is never the answer. What’s really interesting is the mystery. If you seek the mystery instead of the answer, you’ll always be seeking. I’ve never seen anybody really find the answer — they think they have, so they stop thinking. But the job is to seek mystery, evoke mystery, plant a garden in which strange plants grow and mysteries bloom. The need for mystery is greater than the need for an answer."
Ken Kesey

Charles M. Schulz

"Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn’t it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life…You give them a piece of you. They didn’t ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn’t your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like ‘maybe we should be just friends’ turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It’s a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love."
Neil Gaiman

“When in doubt, make a fool of yourself. There is a microscopically thin line between being brilliantly creative and acting like the most gigantic idiot on earth. So what the hell, leap."
Cynthis Heimel

"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be."
Ralph Waldo Emerson

"How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives."
Annie Dillard, The Writing Life

"Tragedies happen. What are you gonna do, give up? Quit? No. I realize now that when your heart breaks, you got to fight like hell to make sure you’re still alive. Because you are. And that pain you feel? That’s life. The confusion and fear? That’s there to remind you that somewhere out there is something better, and that something is worth fighting for."
One Tree Hill

"Is it so bad, then, to be misunderstood? Pythagoras was misunderstood, and Socrates, and Jesus, and Luther, and Copernicus, and Galileo, and Newton, and every pure and wise spirit that ever took flesh. To be great is to be misunderstood."
from “Self-Reliance” by Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Living well is the best revenge."
George Herbert

"All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.”
-Buddha

"I have learned, that there is still so much to learn. That life has its way of focusing on the blurs that come with youth. That good things can go bad.And all bad things can lead to something good."

And A Picture Of All My Specs

Last wednesday's life drawing session!

Hot Towel

I am actually an alien who came from the planet Wowkaoehzsimilaieh.

I'm here on planet Earth for a mission. (But till now, I'm still not very sure what the mission is actually about...)

This stay on Earth has actually been more than 2 decades since I first arrived in the form of an earthling, weighing not more than 4 pounds,on the 5th Febuary. The doctor who "delivered" me was actually a fellow alien. Due to some miscalculations in transforming into my earthling form, I carried a sixth toe on my right feet. My fellow alien doctor friend wrapped my feet up in clothes called "socks" when I was ready to be brought home by my earthling parents and the sure to come about commotion took place when my socks were being taken off when I reached my home on Earth.

I'm born under the star sign Aquarius. In order to blend well with my lifestyle and to stay in low profile, I adopted this blur look ever since I reached the stable age of 5. Instead, it brought me more attention than I intended and I ended up being always pinched on me cheeks and getting exclaims like, "Ooh! How cute!"

That may explain the pimples on me face now; the germs on the hands whom had pinched my cheeks may had stayed and started building their territories and thus started their colonies ... But nonetheless, it helped me blend in more among the earthlings. (Oh bother. )

Sometimes, it's hard on this stay on earth, but still, I'm very grateful - to my earthling parents, my brother and all the friends I have make around the world. Although I've lost all my memories on my hometown Wowkaoehzsimilaieh, I know that one day, I will slowly come to recall and understand the mission and the meaning of this stay on Earth...

Looking forward to more adventures! Everyday! Everytime! I know that one day, I will go back to Wowkaoehzsimilaieh, so this stay on Earth should be made as happy as possible! The bad traits I'd picked up during this period of time on Earth indeed still need lots of time to shake them off... but one day, I will learn to let go... for I know, nothing's impossible for me who came from the planet Wowkaoehzsimilaieh!
