Yesterday during dance class, our teacher said this, "In the end, it's just dance." 
It hit me quite hard. (Please classmates, tell me I am not the only one...)
It is very true! It is very simple and yet zen at the same time! This is a pursuit we are all embarking on to reach that mental state. 🙏💪👍✌️
