My Important Core Muscles

This is my observation 2 days after my surgery. I was thinking if i knew how much it hurt after the anesthetics wore off, i might not have gotten the hernia surgery. 😱 Now that i'm better, i am glad i'd gotten it, coz i couldn't imagine going through these when i'm older. 💪💪💪
