Pineapple Tarts Singapore Style

Every cny after bb and I become parents, we make pineapple tarts! (Singapore style) bb and I wanted to make another batch last night after C went to bed, but we were so tired that I fell asleep at 9.30pm!

i_am_ksf: Welcome to my blog! You can call me ksf if you like! My real name is Shu Fen Tether. I started using my artist name, ksf, for as long as i can remember. My maiden name is "Koh", and in Singapore (where I am originally from), we put our last name in front of our first name. Koh Shu Fen was my full name in the past, and that forms ksf. My husband's name is Kieran Tether. Kieran + Shu Fen forms ksf too! We met in Taiwan Airport and the rest is history. :) We currently live in Vancouver, Canada.
