An Iguana at Nicoll Hwy And Stamford Road

I saw an Iguana hanging out in the lush greens somewhere between Nicoll Hwy and Stamford road while walking to the Merlion at 7:45am! (Our jet lag let us go out very early in the morning, lol!) I did a double take coz it's a busy intersection, and i didn't expect to see an iguana. (I'm wondering, is it someone's pet? Or it lives  nearby and was just out for a morning walk?) I didn't pause to take a picture coz i'm a scaredy cat 😱 C didn't see it coz she fell asleep in her pram 😮 Singapore is really a garden city!🌱🌲🌳🌴🌾🌿☘️🍀🦎

Yay! I'm drawing again, hee! I wanna draw some comics about our trip to Singapore in December 2018! (We arrived back home in Vancouver on the 30th December; still very jet lag.. that's another comic 😳😳😳)
Found one satisfactory answer to why the Merlion spits water: (surprisingly, not much is written about why the Merlion spits water (?!))
"The spitting of water, has been seen as the endless spitting of money into the deep ocean of money – the Singapore River. The place that gives this whole island meaning, Singapore’s River of Life. Water in Chinese culture represents wealth, so the endless, unceasing spitting is apparently also symbolic of never ending prosperity into the River of Life."

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse

We went to watch Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse with C this morning for her birthday! This movie way exceeded my expectations! Definitely a 5 stars kinda movie! Well done everyone from Sony! 😃😃😃👍👍👍💪💪💪🎆🎇✨🎉🎊 so happy to watch this movie with bb and c!!! 😘😘😘
